JB’s Lowcountry Music Festival

Headlining this year’s festival is
Winyah, one of the fastest-rising indie rock bands to come out of the South Carolina coast.
Originally formed by musicians from
Pawleys Island and Georgetown, Winyah proudly carries its hometown roots wherever it tours! Since forming in 2023, the band has grown from local venues to national stages, earning hundreds of thousands of listeners, releasing its debut album, and performing alongside acclaimed acts while building a devoted fanbase across the country. Their signature blend of coastal storytelling and nostalgic sound has made them a must-see live act!

Also taking the stage is The Abnormals, a beloved Georgetown-area bluegrass and Americana group known for their exceptional musicianship and deep community ties. Featuring veteran local performers, the band has played an important role in mentoring and supporting the next generation of musicians, including members of Winyah, whose families have longstanding connections with the group. Expect an entertaining mix of bluegrass, folk, and plenty of hometown charm!

Rounding out the lineup is Channel Bluff, bringing their signature Lowcountry sound and high-energy performance to the festival. Blending classic Southern influences with modern country and rock, Channel Bluff has become a favorite throughout the Grand Strand for their crowd-pleasing live shows.
Whether you’re a lifelong local or just visiting, JB’s Lowcountry Music Festival is the perfect way to celebrate our local community and its culture that makes the Lowcountry so special!
